Are all these software products for the Windows operating system?
Yes all our software are tested and 100% work on Windows XP operating system. We do guarantee that all programs are the 100% full working versions !

Is your software full version?
We guarantee that all our programs are the 100% full working versions (NOT Demo's/Trials)

If I purchase any software from you will I be able to get any upgrades?
No, sorry. No tech support is given by the manufacturer, you may be able to download updates/patches
( you may be able to register and get support on a few software titles that we have, please email us for more info)

How long will it take to receive my item?
We aim to dispatch all items within 24-48 hours after payment has been received (mon-fri) so you should get your item within 2-3 working days (UK) 4-5 days for International buyers*

Do you offer any refunds/exchanges?
Yes...if you are not happy with your purchase please let us know within 7 days and we will refund your purchase. If your disk is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge.
